What this site processes

This website is static. There are no user accounts, no comment function and no profiling based on your behaviour.

Accessing the pages

The site is delivered via Cloudflare. In doing so, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, the address requested and browser identification, in order to enable delivery and to fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the secure operation of the site.

Provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. A transfer to the USA is possible; it is based on the EU standard contractual clauses.

Reach measurement with Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 in order to understand which content is read. This happens only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Without consent no script is loaded and no cookie is set.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. The withdrawal takes effect for the future.

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. A transfer to the USA is possible.

Order and payment

In order to process an order we handle your name, your email address and your delivery address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – the data are necessary for the performance of the contract.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your payment data do not reach our server: the input fields technically belong to Stripe, and the data go directly there. We receive only the confirmation that payment has been made.

Provider: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland.

Retention obligations under commercial and tax law require us to keep order data for up to ten years (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we process your email address on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time.
