Returns
This page describes how a return works in practice. Your statutory rights are set out in the withdrawal policy and apply regardless of anything stated here.
Deadline
You may withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your declaration before it expires.
Costs
We bear the cost of return shipping. A return label is provided on request. This is not required by law – we decided on it because a return should not fail over postage.
How it works
- Write to us at contact@orvain.com quoting your order number.
- You receive the return label by e-mail.
- Place the bracelet back in its packaging and hand the parcel to the carrier.
- Once it arrives and has been checked, we refund the purchase price including standard delivery costs, using the same means of payment you used.
Condition of the goods
You may examine the bracelet as you would in a shop – look at it, try it on, judge the fit. For any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that, we have to ask for compensation. Visible signs of wear fall under this; trying it on once does not.
Exchanges
We do not offer a separate exchange process. The simpler route is to return the piece and place a new order – the amount is then clearly allocated and the deadline starts afresh for the new delivery.
Refunds
We refund without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. No fees arise for you from the refund.
