Shipping costs and delivery times

We deliver to Germany and the European Union.
All figures apply from the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier. Delivery time begins on the working day following receipt of payment.
Delivery area
We deliver to Germany and the 26 other member states of the European Union. Orders with a delivery address outside the European Union cannot be completed; the delivery country is chosen during checkout.
Carrier and tracking
As soon as your order leaves us, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. Where the carrier offers tracking, the number is included in that message.
Partial deliveries
Orders are dispatched in full. Should an item exceptionally become available later, we will inform you in advance and only ship separately with your agreement. No additional shipping costs arise for you.
Damaged parcels
If a parcel is visibly damaged, please accept it and report the damage to us at contact@orvain.com. This does not restrict your statutory rights; the report simply helps us to pursue the claim with the carrier.
