Giving jewellery
With jewellery, size is the only real uncertainty. Everything else can be prepared for.
Finding the size without asking
- Lay a bracelet they already own flat and measure from one end of the clasp to the other.
- Or estimate: slim wrists are around 15–16 cm, average 17–18, broader above that.
- All four forms have an extender at the clasp – it absorbs a small error.
If it does not fit
Fourteen days to return from receipt, and we cover the return postage. That applies even if the recipient, rather than you, sends it back – simply include the order number.
Which form works as a gift
If you know the person well, choose by wrist: angular, shape-holding pieces for slim wrists, forms with weight for broader ones. If you are unsure, the most restrained form is the one you are least likely to get wrong – nobody dislikes it.
What we do not offer
No gift vouchers, no gift wrapping as an option, no greeting card. As soon as we do, it will say so here. We do not list anything that then cannot be selected at checkout.
